Cmmissions:

Our returns policy adheres to distant selling and consumer legislation, and we give you 28 days after paying your deposit on commissions, to cancel without question and for any reason, where you will receive a full refund of your deposit. After which your deposit will only be refunded in the event your portrait did not arrive to you, or it arrived damaged, in which case you will be refunded in full, incluing any postage changes and additionally any expenses you may incur by returning your portrait to us.

Ready to purchase original art and prints:

You have 28 days to return your purchase without question. Should your purchase arrive damaged or incomplete we will act to replace or remedy the problem within 28 days or a mutually agreed time.

 All personal details obtained by us will be kept in strict confidence and never sold or passed to third paties.
